2025-2026 Club Contract and Financial Obligation and Payment Schedule

We, the parents / guardians of (player) agree to permit our child to join CVA (team number) for the 2025-2026 season.

We understand that we are responsible for the club fees listed below, as well as their transportation to practices and tournaments. We understand that should our child discontinue playing for any reason, we are still responsible for these fees. We understand that if there is a change in the number of players on this team, the fee may be adjusted. Understanding the stipulations and having discussed these with our child, we agree to support their participation in the club. We understand that once registered with and having competed with the club, the player will be unable to transfer clubs during the 2025 - 2026 season.

We agree to waive Cincinnati Volleyball Academy, HFS Sports LLC, DCCCLIV LLC, TEE Real Estate LLC, Health and Fitness Solutions LLC, Explosion Fitness Solutions, any coaches, players, staff and club administrators of any liabilities. We understand that injuries may occur while playing the sport of volleyball.

We agree that we will follow all USAV rules and guidelines. We understand that once registered with and having competed with the club, the player will be unable to transfer clubs and compete in the USA and JVA events during the 2025-2026 season.

Regional Team - 10 players. Team pricing will be adjusted based upon number of committed players in November 2025.

The balance will be divided into four (4) equal installments (minus the acceptance deposit), due on October 30, 2025, November 30, 2025, December 30, 2025, and January 30, 2026.

The final invoice may be adjusted based on the confirmed number of players on the team roster and/or any additional tournaments mutually agreed upon by the club and team families. Any such adjustments will be communicated in writing prior to the due date of the final installment.

Failure to remain current with installment payments may result in suspension of participation in practices and tournaments until the account is brought up to date.

Uniforms:
Returning CVA players will use their 2024/25 uniforms again, if the size and jersey number still work. New players or players needing a newly sized uniform will need to order uniforms. Ren will provide a link to order directly. All uniforms and practice shirts are not included in club dues. These items are NOT included in players' club fees. In addition, each player is required to purchase their own volleyball to bring to every tournament.

Late fees & participation holds:
Accounts past due may incur a late fee and athletes may be held from practice/events.

Collections:
Accounts with past due balances with no payment arrangement set up, may be referred to our collection company.

Autopay:
Accounts with past due balances with no payment arrangement set up, may be referred to our collection company.

Collections:
Available through Teamsnap to avoid missed payment due dates.

Event additions:
Teams may add tournaments with unanimous team consent; dues will be adjusted accordingly.

Event cancellations/force majeure:
If an event is canceled or materially altered beyond CVA control, we will try to reschedule or reassign comparable competition; refunds are not guaranteed.

Withdrawal:
Fees are not reduced/refunded if an athlete leaves the Club for any reason. Acceptance or Signing the commitment contract accepts full financial responsibility for the season.

All invoices will be sent through TeamSnap. Credit card payments must be processed through TeamSnap account.

Checks can be dropped off in Black box at the top of the stairs near our Explosion Training area.

CVA reserves the right to charge a fee of $35.00 for any check returned for insufficient funds. It is extremely important that all fees be paid on time in accordance with the above schedule. Your athlete’s ability to participate can be affected by non-payment of fees.
